What is Play with Flair?

When the world of sport showcases the brilliance of individuals, provides highs and lows and gives us epic encounters there is nothing like it. Play with Flair is a sports blog created to celebrate this and to provide opinions on the best!

About me…

Having recently graduated from Queen Mary, University of London, I’m now a fully-fledged freelance journalist and online marketer. Growing up in a family with an unrelenting obsession with live sport, this was a Marmite situation; I was either going to love it or hate it! Fortunately, it was the former.

I love to write about competitive sport, but I also write cultural articles for online magazines such as The Ethical Hedonist. As a day job, I’m a part-time marketer for the fabulous luxury insole brand Alice Bow.

I created Play with Flair to celebrate everything that we love about sport, without the negativity surrounding plenty of sporting stars. This blog isn’t supposed to imitate the wonderful work of broadsheet newspapers either, who are the best at providing us with all of the facts and figures that you will ever need. The aim is for sports fans and non-sport fans to read and enjoy the blog. The dream is to work as a sports journalist full-time in the years to come.

  1. Hi, it’s Sotiri, I really enjoyed the articles, especially about the manager of the year although I do think Brendan Rodgers will get the award, it’s a good argument though. :D
